Delivery

**We offer free shipping for orders above $100** 


Orders placed before 12pm AEST from Monday to Friday will be dispatched the same day. On the occasion that you place your order over the weekend or on a public holiday, we will process your order the next business day.

Shipping times are a guideline only and subject to change. You may experience slightly longer delivery times during peak periods or due to other courier delivery issues that are unforeseen or unavoidable events.

Please make sure that your delivery address is correct as an incorrect address is the responsibility of the customer.

    Collect your order in store

    - An email will be sent when your order is ready for collection. Please only go to the store once you’ve received this message.
    - Please check the store specific details below for collection instructions and store opening hours.
    - Please bring your proof of purchase, a photo ID. Need someone else to pick up your order? Ensure they have the original order confirmation or TAX invoice and present their photo ID for collection at the store.

    Please collect your order within 3 days, if your order is not collected within 5 days, the order will be cancelled and refunded. 


    TRACKING

    You will receive an email with your tracking information once your order has been dispatched.


    RETURNS & EXCHANGES

    We hope you will love your purchases but if for any reason you are not completely happy with your order, we do offer full refunds, exchanges or MVN store credit on all full priced items.

    Returns

    We have a 12-day return policy for orders within Australia and a 30-day return policy for orders outside Australia. This means you have 12 days or 30 days after receiving your item to request a return depending where you've have placed your order. 

    To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

    Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: 1a Glasshouse Rd, Collingwood, 3066 VIC. You are also responsible for posting your returned goods back to us. We are not responsible for any lost or damaged incoming goods. 

    If your return is accepted, we’ll send instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

    How to submit a return request

    1. Click the profile icon in the store's navigation, or you can click the link HERE

    - Log into your account by entering your email address in the email field and then click continue
    - In your email account, open the email sent from our store and copy the six-digit verfication code included in the email.
    - Go back to the online store, and then enter a six-digit verification code.

      2. Click the order that you want to submit the return for.
      3. If your order has more than one item, the select the items that you want to return
      4. Select a reason and add a note for the store
      5. Click request return

      Once your return request is approved, you'll receive an email with shipping intructions. We will contact you further once your rertun has been received so a refund, exchange or store credit can be arranged. 

      Damages and issues
      Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

       

      Exceptions / non-returnable items
      Items that are purchased during a promotional sale using a promotional code or discount applied at checkout are eligible for an exchange or MVN store credit.

      All sale items are final and cannot be returned. Please read our return policy below to ensure you are eligible to return your purchase.

      Exchanges
      Should you wish to exchange your item, we can do so if the item still is available in your required size, regrettably we cannot hold items for exchange while we wait for your item to be returned.

      Refunds
      We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
