Simply place your order before 2pm AEST on a business day for same day dispatch. If you chose express shipping, this means you should receive your item on the next working business day via Australia Post's eParcel Express service. Please note that if you live in certain regional areas there will be exceptions to this timeframe.
Orders placed after 2pm will be processed the following day. On the occasion that you place your order over the weekend or on a public holiday, we will process your order the next business day.
Please kindly note to make sure that your delivery address is correct as an incorrect address is the responsibility of the customer.
EXCHANGES & RETURNS
If you are not completely happy with your purchase, please read the below carefully to ensure you are eligible to return your purchase to receive a store credit. Our policy lasts 14 days for orders shipped within Australia and to New Zealand. 21 days for orders shipped to all other countries. from the date the goods were delivered to you. Please note we do not offer refunds. A refund will only be provided if an item is assessed and deemed as faulty.
TO BE ELIGIBLE TO RETURN AN ITEM AND RECEIVE A STORE CREDIT FOR YOUR RETURNED ITEM/S, YOU MUST:
- Be received by us within the timeframe specified above.
- Be unused and in original condition you received the item. Items that have been worn cannot be returned.
- All original labels and swing tags must be attached to the items.
- No make up, fake tan or other marks on the items.
- No smell of cosmetics, perfume, deodorant, washing powder or other products.
Please contact email@example.com before sending back the product that you wish to exchange or return. MVN merchandise must be received within 30 days of shipment date. Please note that MVN is not responsible for return postage unless you've received a faulty item.
You must complete the return form and enclose it with the goods you wish to return. The return form and goods must be returned to the address below and be receipted by us before we are able to issue your store credit or send out the goods you wish to exchange with.
The returns goods will be inspected by us. Items which failed to comply the above condition will be returned back to the purchaser.
Please note that you are responsible for posting your return goods back to us. We are not responsible for any lost or damaged incoming goods. We recommend that you use service that offers a tracking number to ensure the safe receipt of your goods.
Once we receive your return and subject to the conditions above we will issue you a store credit covering the cost of the item, excluding the postage. We will send the store credit to you within 2 to 3 business day upon receiving the item/s. Should you wish to exchange your purchase, we can exchange it for you if the item still be available in your required size, regrettably we cannot hold items for exchange while we wait for your item to be returned.
Any sale items, promotional code/coupon sales, flash sales items are final sale and cannot be returned.
